Ahead of Monday 11 May, I’ve put everything we need for the Google Ads pilot in one place. The technical section can simply be forwarded to whoever manages the website/domain, and the photos/availability can come from you or the clinic team.
No need to have perfect answers to everything today. The aim is simply to collect the key access, photos, and decisions so we can build the campaign properly and avoid wasting ad spend.
1. Technical access / website setup
If someone else manages the website or domain, you can forward this section to them.
Domain / DNS: We would like to run the campaign page on consult.ayaditherapy.co.uk, so the page stays under the Ayadi brand. We’ll need one CNAME record added for consult pointing to the GoHighLevel / LeadConnector target we provide. If DNS is managed in SiteGround or elsewhere, please let us know where.
Google Analytics: GA4 appears to be installed already with measurement ID G-WLSYPB749Y. Please add john@aureagrowth.co as a user so we can link the pilot conversion events to Google Ads.
Google tag / GTM: We can see Google tag GT-KDTBCKGJ. Wappalyzer also detects Google Tag Manager, but we need to confirm whether there is a GTM container ID in the format GTM-XXXXXXX. If yes, please add us as a user. If not, we can work with the existing Google tag / GA4 setup.
Google Ads: If Ayadi already has a Google Ads account, please send the customer ID so we can request manager access. If not, we can create a new one together and attach your billing directly to Google.
Search Console / Site Kit: If the site uses Google Site Kit, please confirm which Google account controls it. We may need this for analytics and domain verification.
Website admin: Please confirm the site is WordPress/Elementor on SiteGround, and whether temporary admin access can be added if we need to verify tracking.
Vagaro access: For the pilot, suitable leads will book in our GHL campaign calendar first, then our team will manually add those appointments into Vagaro. Please add Camille / Aurea with permission to view the calendar and create free assessment appointments, or confirm who at the clinic should receive the booking details and add them into Vagaro.
Cookie consent: Please let us know whether the site currently uses a cookie banner or Google Consent Mode.
2. Photos and landing page assets
Please send anything you are happy for us to use on the landing page:
• exterior photo of the clinic
• reception / waiting area photo
• treatment room photo
• photo or short video of the BTL Exion device
• approved before/after images, if you are comfortable using them
• 3-5 patient review quotes or testimonials
• direct Google review link / Google Business Profile link
• any treatment wording you already like for Exion, skin tightening, or body contouring
3. Consultation slots
For the pilot, suitable leads will book through our tracked campaign calendar first. Our team will then add the appointment into Vagaro manually, so your clinic diary stays up to date.
Please send the days and times you are comfortable offering for free Exion clinical assessments. Tight availability is fine; we only want to show slots you genuinely want to accept.
4. Quick decisions to confirm
We can go through these together on Monday, but useful to think about beforehand:
• should we call it “Exion Clinical Assessment”, “Skin Tightening Assessment”, or “Free Clinical Assessment”?
• are you comfortable with the form mentioning that a treatment course may require an investment from several hundred pounds to £1,000+?
• should pre-consultation reminders come from GHL only during the pilot, to avoid duplicate messages from Vagaro?
• after the appointment/treatment, should the review request go by SMS, email, or both?
5. Reminder on the pilot
As discussed, there is no Aurea service fee for the 30-day pilot. You only pay Google directly for the ad spend, with the daily budget capped at the level we agree.
We’ll review everything together on Monday and I’ll turn this into the final launch setup.
