What we need before we can launch
Some of these are essential before we can build anything. Badia does not need to handle the technical detail herself: the cleanest move is one onboarding email that includes technical access, creative assets, available consultation slots, and the decisions we need confirmed. She can reply with what she has and forward the technical section to the right person. The pilot will run in an Ayadi sub-account inside Aurea's GHL, on Ayadi's own subdomain, with bookings captured in GHL first and duplicated into Vagaro.
Target launch: around 19 May 2026
That is approximately two weeks from today. To hit that date, access and decisions need to be confirmed at or before Monday's meeting. Date note: Monday is 11 May 2026; 12 May 2026 is Tuesday, so confirm the calendar invite if any old note says Monday 12 May.
